This is a very simple credit system. 1 credit costs $1 (+ VAT where applicable) and each video costs only 1 credit.

After joining we'll send you a PIN code that you may have to enter to unlock your first download or unlock a new IP address range (in the future).
It may take some time before you receive the PIN code (remember to check your spam folder).

Customers in the European Union also have to pay the value added tax (the rate is based on what country they are from).
The VAT is collected by the payment gate - but don't worry, you will see the final price before you pay.

What you pay and what you get

• you purchase 30, 45 or 60 credits and you can download the appropriate amount of videos (each video costs only one credit!)
• available formats: 4K or full HD MP4, HD/SD MP4, easy streaming (in SD/HD quality) - depending on the type of video
